Our fabrication process begins with a detailed shop drawing submitted for your approval. Once approved, our in-house artists and craftsmen develop the original pattern through traditional hand sculpting, CNC machining, or 3D printing. Molds are then created from these patterns, allowing us to produce individual pieces or multiple castings with consistent detail. Each finished casting can undergo additional treatments, including surface etching, polishing, sealing, priming, or painting, depending on the desired appearance and application.

Once approved by you, we will begin production of the pattern, mold, and casting of the finished Architectural Metal Elements
