Pineapple Grove Designs creates custom Architectural Elements, including sculpted bas-relief medallions, painted art panels, architectural signage & lettering, decorative tiles, grilles, plaques, pavers, scuppers, and other ornamental building features. Each design is tailored to your project's specifications, whether developed from architectural drawings, photographs, sketches, or original concepts. Our custom architectural elements are available in Engineered Cast Stone, Mineral-Polymer Composite, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), and Architectural Metal for commercial and residential applications.
Our design and fabrication process begins with detailed shop drawings and color samples submitted for your approval. Once approved, our in-house artists develop the design using 3D or 2.5D CNC machining, complemented by traditional hand sculpting and carving to refine intricate details. From the completed pattern, molds are produced to accommodate individual pieces or multiple castings. Each architectural element is then carefully finished using techniques such as surface etching, sealing, polishing, priming, or painting to achieve the desired appearance and architectural character.

Our in-house artists transform architectural drawings, two-dimensional artwork, and original concepts into distinctive decorative building elements. Molds are fabricated from the pattern and any number of casts can be made from these molds in Engineered Cast Stone, Architectural Metal, Polymer Composite or GFRC. Casts are then finished by various methods including surface etching, sealing, polishing, priming, or painting. Learn more about metal design options here.
